our hands-on chocolate experiences are the perfect * for any occasion. From birthdays, hen parties and baby showers to a team building day out or just an excuse to get together with friends. all of our classes are private, we can host from just 2 of you to 25 guests in our city centre studio. Ellie also offers 1-1 tuition if you are wanting to take your skills to a proffesional level.

our brownies and cookies are nothing short of tasty, indulgent and melt-in-the-mouth. Made with the finest chocolate, local ingredients and in small batches, there is so much love poured into every bite. You can order bakery boxes online and purchase at markets, but we also supply local cafes too! get in touch if you'd like to become a stockist, or order an office box!
OUR STORY
Studio Chocolate was founded by Ellie Wharrad back in 2015 in her parents kitchen. After studying Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu London, she wanted to bring her love of food and art together to bring joy to Selling at markets + via facebook, the word rapidly got around about the beautiful and delicious creations Ellie was making, and she opened her studio in Nottingham shortly after. Since then, shes opened a shop, ran a team of 10, meandered through a global pandemic, and really learnt alot about business throughout those years. In summer of 2023, she decided to scale back, close her shop and focus on bespoke work, a chocolate subscription service and teaching. She now runs the studio by herself, doing exactly that and loving it again. This is what she was born to do, and she can't wait to welcome you into her chocolate filled world.
