We had a fantastic couple of hours with Ellie making our own truffles and chocolate bars. The whole experience was so much fun. We started with a tasting and learning about chocolate types and flavours, then had a masterclass in making truffles of our flavour combos, and decorating and topping our own chocolate bars. We got to take all this away plus the left over ganache we couldn’t fit inside the truffles. Thanks Ellie for a brilliant afternoon!

My niece gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday recently. They didn't last 24 hours, I could not stop eating them. They were beautiful little works of art and they all tasted sublime. My absolute favourite was the lemon it was gorgeous. I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Ellie created the most amazing lemon and raspberry cake for my mums 60th birthday party. It was so tasty and everyone loved it. My mum was so surprised by the cake and loved the fact we’d used a local independent business. We kept the design quite simple as my mum is not one for over the top, but through our discussions Ellie captured the vision I described so perfectly. Hoping that my mum will return the favour and get Ellie to bake a cake for me this year too 😊

Hi! I'm Ellie: founder and the face behind Studio Chocolate.
After studying Patisserie and graduating from Le Cordon Bleu London, I started crafting chocolates back in 2015 in my parents' kitchen. The journey since then has been nothing short of a whirlwind: selling at markets, opening a studio, running a boutique shop, managing a team of ten, and navigating a global pandemic as an independent business.
Fast forward to now, Studio Chocolate is all about celebrating food, art and creativity. It's back to just me, in the studio, doing exactly what I love. I offer fun creative chocolate classes, delicious treats, bespoke cakes and the most mouth-watering subscription box around: The Chocolate Club.

About our chocolate
Ever since I can remember, I have always held the strong belief that the quality of your ingredients is absolutely essential to the success of the final dish. I’ve always worked with ingredients that are as natural as possible: butter over margarine, fruit purees over essences, fresh cream over UHT, and ingredients from my garden.

I work with Luker Chocolate: a B-Corp certified Colombian chocolate manufacturer, developing fine chocolates and cocoa crafted at origin.
They work with the highest quality beans, each formulation is ethically sourced, all ingredients are fully traceable, and they manage every aspect of their chocolate production. From bean to bar, they prioritise the wellbeing of cocoa farmers, consumers, and the environment. I feel incredibly passionate and proud to work with Luker Chocolate, delivering high quality treats that align with my values.
