Classes cover all different skills including: learning about flavour notes, tempering chocolate, painting cocoa butter colours, filling chocolate bonbon moulds, decorating marbled chocolate bars and of course… chocolate tasting!

All classes are private – meaning your booking will be just you and your guests, and you'll have me all to yourselves!

Classes are hosted at our store + bakery, Savour in West Bridgford. There is plenty of transport links, and road parking near by. (Please note that regrettably, it doesn't have wheelchair access currently.)
