Couple's Chocolate Class

Service Description

In our Couple's Class, you'll learn the basics of creating your own truffles and a giant chocolate sharing slab. With the studio all to yourselves (and with the dedicated tuition of one of our chocolatiers) we'll get you into the swing of chocolate making. You'll begin with a chocolate tasting, discovering and discussing flavour notes from our range of single origins, you'll then choose your own flavour combinations to create a rich chocolate ganache. You'll fill, cap, dip and dust your chocolate truffles, and finish by learning about tempering and creating (and decorating!) a luxury marbled sharing slab each. We provide all the packaging to gift wrap your creations at the end, to really give them that professional touch. The best bit? You take home EVERYTHING you make. Good to know - All classes can be adapted to be vegan/dairy free! - We'll keep you happily supplied with fresh coffee, tea (or hot chocolate!) for the duration of your class. - Classes can be adapted to suit different abilities and requirements - just ask! *** Please specify all relevant allergies and dietary requirements upon booking. Cancellation Policy

If you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting any symptoms of coronavirus or general illness, please do not under any circumstances attend the class. Please contact us as soon as possible about re-scheduling. We cannot offer refunds if you decide your class has to be postponed or cancelled, but we will always honour your booking for the future. We can only offer refunds if we, ourselves need to cancel the class completely. For any changes to your booking we appreciate as much notice as possible. For any same day cancellations, the class fee is non-refundable. If you are more than half an hour late for your class, we may need to re-schedule to avoid disrupting our timetable for the day. Please specify all relevant allergies and dietary requirements upon booking. We unfortunately cannot host classes for any individuals suffering very severe food allergies.
