Founder and Head Chocolatier, Ellie set up Studio Chocolate back in 2015 from her home kitchen, after training as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu. 4 years later, she has a team of 8 creating delicious treats, and hosting fantastic chocolate parties. When Ellie first set up, she didnt quite realise how quickly it would take off, so her Dad, Ian, stepped in to help. Little did either of them know that this was going to be a full time job for him! He has helped bring Studio Chocolate to the stage its at now, from taking bookings to making cakes but a hell of alot of moral support too!

Emily joined Studio Chocolate back in May 2017, when Ellie was in need of help in the kitchen. She was the first person that Ellie trained to create our hand painted chocolates. She now plays a very important role in our kitchen, creating all of our collections every week, and coming up with new flavours too!
H O L L Y
The youngest member of our team, Holly helps to teach our classes every weekend. She also rolls the most perfect truffles, and makes a mean ganache! She's starting to train in hand painted chocolates too - which she's proved to be pretty talented at!
