Service Description

In our family classes, we teach you and your loved ones to make chocolate (whilst keeping things fun, informative and delicious!) With our spacious studio all to yourselves, with the dedicated guidance of one of our experienced chocolatiers you'll make bars, rolled truffles and chocolate lollies. We provide aprons, gloves and all the equipment you'll need, along with all the packaging to gift wrap the chocolate creations at the end. Plus each guest takes home EVERYTHING that you make - so there are no arguments about sharing! Good to know - All classes can be adapted to be vegan/dairy free! - We'll keep you supplied with refreshments throughout (plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate for the grownups) - Classes can be adapted to suit different abilities and requirements - just ask! - Please note our family classes are priced for 4, any additional guests are £34pp. - Ages of 6 years plus + (activities will be modified to the age range) *** Please specify all relevant allergies and dietary requirements upon booking. We regretfully cannot host classes for any individuals suffering extremely severe food allergies. Please do not pay for a class unless you have checked this information with everyone attending. ***

Cancellation Policy

If you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting any symptoms of coronavirus or general illness, please do not under any circumstances attend the class. Please contact us as soon as possible about re-scheduling. We cannot offer refunds if you decide your class has to be postponed or cancelled, but we will always honour your booking for the future. We can only offer refunds if we, ourselves need to cancel the class completely. For any changes to your booking we appreciate as much notice as possible. For any same day cancellations, the class fee is non-refundable. If you are more than half an hour late for your class, we may need to re-schedule to avoid disrupting our timetable for the day. Please specify all relevant allergies and dietary requirements upon booking. We unfortunately cannot host classes for any individuals suffering very severe food allergies.
